Any product may be returned within 60 days of purchase as long as it is unopened and in sale-able condition. No product will be accepted without first contacting Wapiti Labs Management. There will be a 25% restocking fee and a shipping fee charged on all returned goods.

Customer Service issues with a product will be handled by the person taking the call. Any product quality problem will be dealt with immediately by sending the customer a new product with a return tag to ship the product in question back to us at no cost to them.   We do not take expired product returns from a Wholesale or Distributor customer. They need to manage their products to ensure they do not have expired product on their shelves.   Any customer wishing to return a quantity of products must talk with the Quality Control Manager
